Customer Service Systems
Customer service takes on many forms in terms of the tactics used. However, it all comes down to making the overall experience of dealing with your company easy and consistent. Think about some of the companies that you deal with on a day to day basis. How do you feel about dealing with the cable company or the phone company or even getting help from a computer company? Then think about dealing with Amazon. If you have ever bought a book or anything else from Amazon, you know that you will get what you ordered (consistently) and you probably only have to click a single button to purchase the product (easy). It is no surprise that Amazon has grown at the rate it has. They have great customer service.
Now, you probably are not an online bookstore but the fundamentals are the same for every company. You need to supply value to your customers with your product and pricing. But customer service is part of your product. It contributes to the value you offer your customers. Have you ever stopped to look at your customer service process from the point of view of the customer? How do your customers contact you? Does someone ALWAYS answer the phone? Do you have an automatic phone system that customers have to listen to for several minutes to get to the person they need? Would you deal with your company if you were a customer and you had a choice?
We can help you answer questions and create solutions to your customer service issues.
