Case Study #2- Assured Irrigation Systems
This was a start-up company whose core business was designing, installing, repairing and maintaining residential and light commercial automatic sprinkler systems in the Houston area.
The issue they were facing as a start up was lack of operational systems such as customer fulfillment. They needed solution planning in order to serve their customers. Also, a marketing and sales plan was drawn up with all the principles which gave them a much needed start. They are still in the beginning stages of filling their pipeline, but they too are growing.
