We have extensive experience in
coaching people at all levels of companies. This is often the most valuable asset that we bring to the table. If an executive is feeling like he or she has lost control of those that work for them, it is often difficult to start heading down a different path. This can be complicated by many factors including but certainly not limited to, expectations of long-term employees, lack of support by superiors, and not wanting to turn to those who can help due to company perceptions. Goals Identification
Often times, the goals of a manager or business owner are never actually identified. Sure, you may have stated goals for revenue, profit margins, days receivable and so on, but have you ever considered YOUR goals? Why are you in business? What do YOU want do with your business? and finally, is your business serving you or are you serving the business? If you as the manager or business owner don't know the real purpose of your business, then it is up to chance if your business serves you or visa versa. It is amazing how simply identifying some of these goals can often set the business in a new and more productive direction.
Solution Planning
Once the goals of the owner or manager have been identified, we cooperative develop plans to get there in the most efficient manner possible. At this stage we normally propose several options and let you decide on the best one. We get buy in from you and set time lines and key objectives. We also agree on the roles and responsibilities of all parties and set the final phase in motion. Implementation!
Implementation
Implementation comes in many different forms. Most of which is directly related to the plan that is agreed to in the last phase. We have been used in many capacities in the implementation phase including a monitoring and reporting function, periodic auditing of key indicators, and taking over an interim management role, and creating a new position that was needed and hiring our replacement. All of these and many others are the means to the end. That is, we will do what ever is required to ensure that our clients meet their goals.
